Two people were killed in a car accident on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway on Tuesday morning.
The accident took place near the Urse toll plaza when a speeding car rammed into a stationary truck. The impact of the collision was so severe that the car was completely mangled and the two occupants were killed on the spot.
The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old Akash Shinde and 22-year-old Sahil Patil, both residents of Pune.
