Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselor to join our team in Chikhli (Pimpri), Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, including assessment, counseling, and referral services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients to address their personal, social, and emotional issues.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Provide support and guidance to clients through the counseling process.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive treatment for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and client progress.
- Conduct outreach and education programs to promote mental health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a counselor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
