The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the Maharashtra HSC Result 2023 for Class 12 on May 24, 2023. The results were declared by the chairman of the board, Manisha Patil, at a press conference in Mumbai.
A total of 14.5 lakh students had appeared for the HSC exams this year, out of which 13.4 lakh students have passed. The overall pass percentage is 92.62%.

The highest marks in the HSC exams have been secured by Akash Jadhav from Yashodham High School in Pune, who has scored 99.90%. The second highest marks have been secured by Ajinkya More from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Mumbai, who has scored 99.85%. The third highest marks have been secured by Avni Shinde from Lokmanya Tilak Vidya Mandir in Mumbai, who has scored 99.80%.

The results can be checked on the official website of the MSBSHSE, mahresult.nic.in. Students can also check their results through SMS by sending their roll number to 5676750.
The MSBSHSE HSC exams were held from February 21 to March 20, 2023. The exams were conducted in two shifts, morning and afternoon. The morning shift exams were conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, while the afternoon shift exams were conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The HSC exams are conducted by the MSBSHSE for students who have completed their Class 10 education. The HSC certificate is a compulsory requirement for admission to undergraduate courses in colleges and universities in Maharashtra.
