PIMPRI-CHINCHWAD — In an effort to bridge the communication gap between citizens and local governance, Bhosari MLA Mahesh Landge convened a wide-ranging ‘Janata Darbar’ (public grievance redressal meet) aimed at addressing urgent civic challenges and tracking community infrastructure initiatives across the constituency.

The interactive session provided a single-window platform for residents from diverse neighborhoods to flag everyday municipal issues directly. Key grievances raised during the public hearing focused on uneven water supply, municipal road maintenance, delayed pothole repairs, local sanitation, street lighting, and power distribution hiccups.

Emphasizing transparent grievance resolution, Landge stated that active citizen participation remains central to regional development:

“Hearing our citizens’ concerns with empathy, actively following up to resolve everyday problems, and accelerating ongoing development projects across Bhosari and Pimpri-Chinchwad is an unwavering commitment. Every grievance raised and every developmental suggestion shared matters immensely.”

To ensure accountability under public service delivery guidelines, representations collected during the hearing were documented for coordination with respective civic and state administrative departments, including the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and utility bodies.

Local representatives noted that structured follow-ups will be monitored to track turnaround times for each raised complaint, reinforcing transparent governance and sustained civic engagement across the twin city.
